Hi there!
I see that currently iCompta can only import transactions from banks using files.
Unfortunately, there are lots of banks which don't offer that possibility, or they do it using formats not supported by iCompta (such as Excel).
In Europe, banks must provide now a means to extract their data, and I've seen several applications that use Salt Edge technology https://www.saltedge.com to be able to obtain the transactions. That requires to pay a subscription fee, but it's worth the money
Do you have any plans to include it into iCompta?
Cheers,
Andrés.

iCompta supports Linxo to download transactions automatically : https://www.linxo.com/en/
Re: Import automatically transactions from banks
Thank you very much for your prompt response Angeman.
I'm looking at Linxo and comparing it with Salt Edge. Linxo has currently connections with 320 banks https://www.linxo.com/decouvrir/liste-banques/ while Salt Edge has 5.316 https://www.saltedge.com/products/spectre/countries
Anyway I see that they allow anyone to submit a request to include new banks, so I'll request my Spanish banks to be added (let's see if I'm lucky and they are responsive).
Kind regards,
Andrés.

Hi Angeman,
Just for you to know that Linxo didn't add any of the Spanish banks that I requested, so wouldn't be a bad idea if in the future you think about moving from Linxo into Salt Edge.
Just my two cents
Cheers,
Andrés.

Re: Import automatically transactions from banks
Salt Edge was completely overpriced last time I heard of them…
Re: Import automatically transactions from banks
Do you have to pay them, or is possible that the customer pays for it?
Because if it's a feature that customers have to pay for, then we can choose to pay for it or not. I would pay it, for example, time is money!

I have to pay them and then I can make customers pay to cover the cost but it's not that simple as there is a minimum number of users needed and various thresholds.
