OFX Problem Downloading (PSECU)

When trying to connect to my bank to download the OFX file I get a response back from the bank showing my account numbers which tells me I am logging in successfully. But it never comes back with a response. I've also tried using different account numbers and account numbers without the extensions below suchas (-S004). I've also tried with and without the bank id.

Make sure that "REMOVED-S004" under Accounts matches exactly the account number in the account editing window.
Otherwise you can try to set app version to 1900 in the import settings window.

Using the exact account number as the response with the -S004 also tried changing version to 1900, exact same result.

Which encoding did you choose in the import settings ? UTF 8, ISO Latin 1, other ? Try one of those 2 if you haven't done it already.

I've used ISO Latin 1, UTF 8, ASCII. All with the same results. Not sure if this would help but it sits on the Downloading... Import transactions in OFX format for about 3-5 minutes then comes back with that error.

I'm out of ideas, I don't know why the login works (as you see your account numbers) but not the downloading of transactions.
