Problems with importing from USAA

I have been using iComptamobile on my iphone for several months, and I feel like I understand the functions pretty well. However, I recently got an Ipad and am trying to set iCompta up again. I decided to start from scratch instead of importing my iPhone iCompta data. Here's the problem... I connect to USAA and import my transactions just fine. However, if I connect to USAA again, it still wants to import all of those transactions again. On my iPhone it always ignores transactions I've already imported, but it's not working that way on my iPad. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

You have to enable reconciliation in the import settings.
