How to pay?

I tried several time to press "pay" button after I entered my address information but nothing happened.
I could not do it either by Firefox nor by Safari.

Appreciate your guidance.

Make sure there is not a comma in it or maybe another special character. There should be an orange border on the field which is not properly filled.
