I think that the quick look plugin means that if you 'quick look' an icompta file (to quick look a file you must select it and press space) it show information about your account. I have no ideia what is spotlight importer about...

Spotlight importer allows you to have iCompta documents as a result when you search an account name in Spotlight for example.
