Hi, I have several accounts, set up on my mac to automatically import. There are transactions to import, but when I launch automatic import in the iOS version, I get a list of accounts with no imported transactions. It doesn't seem to be even attempting to connect to the banks, because the results pop up immediately after I press "launch".

That's probably because you didn't setup the passwords for your automatic download configurations on iOS. As passwords are stored in the system keychain they are not automatically sync'ed between iOS and OS X.
