Error while importing file

Hi

I have an OFX file on my dropbox folder, when I try to import to iCompta from my PC using Windows 10 and Chrome I get a message saying "Error while importing file". The same file is imported successfully from my Mac, so I guess it's related to how the file is encoded in Windows.

You have to set the right encoding in the import settings screen. It's probably ISO Latin 1 if it come from Windows.

Hi. Thanks for your answer.
Are you talking about the screen I get when tapping "Import configurations"? It is completely blank except for a setting button on the bottom left (force the display of intermediate settings - which also doesn't make anything show up).
The "Export configurations" screen is also blank.

Or are you talking about the settings screen that appear in the app after I press the import button in the browser? If so, the error appears before this screen.
