Importing into Icompta 3

I am trying to import a csv file created on my Windows computer into ICompta 3 via the Web server address prompted by Icompta. On entering the web site address into the Windows Computer Internet browser my Ipad or iphone sometimes asks for permission to connect and sometimes nothing happens. When I manage to connect and then enter the file name to import after browsing and then press the Import Transactions button nothing happens. Any help please?

Have you tried restarting your WiFi router and your iPhone or iPad ?
Can you send me the log messages :

I've received your log messages but there are no indications on the problem in it. Have you tried restarting your WiFi router as suggested ?
