Presenting information for my accountant

Post by DamoIreland »

Hi Angeman,

I've invested in the program. Thanks for your help up to now.

I may be missing a basic point here, or maybe misjudged what the program was designed for, but now I've entered all my info and categorised it (or almost), I want to print or export a report or list of certain transactions eg: My income and my tax deductible expenses, and then present that to my accountant, so he can fill in the form and send off my tax return.

Is that possible, or will I have to export to a excel file and then sort via categories from there?

Thanks.

You can print the list of displayed transactions with apple + P shortcut. You can also export to CSV and open it in Excel if you want.

Excellent. Thanks Angeman, it was this sort of customer service that convinced me to buy iCompta.
Cheers!
