I suggest that the "Preview" column option be renamed "Balance" as the term "Preview" does not make any sense. All other personal finance applications I either use or have used previously use the term "Balance". Examples are Quicken for Mac 2007 LC, PocketMoney Desktop, and iFinance 4.

It's not necessarily the balance given how you sort the transactions in the list and the computation mode you choose in the preferences.

Then add an option to select a column labeled "Balance" that would show the running balance by each transaction.
