I too have upgraded to Catalina and am now using iCompta 4.0.14. I have opened it via finder but need my activation code. Where do I find it?

I use iCompta4.0.13 installed by app too. By this forum,I get ver.4.0.14.

Same problem here. I spent $24 on newer version when the update didn’t work. Now I don’t have anything! Help! I had a ton of files on the older version that won’t open with Catalina.

You just have to download 4.0.14, it works on Catalina.

Yesterday I updated my Catalina installation to 10.15.7 (19H1519 October 25, 2021) and unfortunately my iCompta will no longer start up (nothing appears on the screen - click on the app, it thinks about it for a second, then crashes). It worked fine before the latest update. I’m not sure how to find out what version of iCompta I’m running, as it won’t start up for me to find out! (Updated: crash log says 4.0.14) Any chance of help or a fix? (Other than reverting my OS!) Thanks.

The crash seems related to the graphics card driver and I don't think I can do anything to fix it since it's deep in the system.

That's a shame. Thanks for looking at least. iCompta 4 has served me well over several years and does everything I need. But my next question: If I download the latest version of iCompta (6) which should presumably work with my Catalina build(?), would it automatically and seamlessly be able to use the data file that my iCompta 4.0.14 uses, bearing in mind that I cannot run 4.0.14, so cannot export or otherwise prepare the data?
