If the application crashes or hangs, the user should get the crash log and send it to the developer, who should examine it, find the bug and fix it.
If the application hangs and the spinning wheel of death appears :
- Click on > Force Quit… menu item
- Select the app and click on "Force Quit"
If the application crashed or you just forced the application to quit as explained above, a crash window appears :
You have to click on "Report…" then copy the text in the field in the red box :
You can then paste the text in an email or a message in the forum.
