Re: Date entry/display bug (?)
I know of a another app having this problem. The developer claims it's an Apple bug & that it can be solved by including the time. Hopefully Apple will resolve this with iso 4.2

The Date
Some apps use ddd dd mmm yyyy which I think is better
Eg Fri 24 Sep 2010 rather than 24 September 2010
This helps when entering transactions next week. You may know
It's next Monday when you have a withdrawal & not the date
At the moment sometimes I have to switch to calendar.

Email backup
We need n email backup. This is now common with many apps and
It's nice to know you can restore info to a new phone if one is lost!
I'm now considering ditching icompta for this reason.

Date issue
Just a very minor point. I notice that it is yesterdays date (not today's) which is highlighted blue on the scroll wheel when editing or entering new transactions.
It might be better to change today's date to the word "today" which is how many other apps work.

Transfer
How does the "convert as transfer" command work in Transactions menu. It always seems to be ghosted out. Should that convert a normal transaction to a transfer. If so great - is this command available on icompta mobile. I'm still requesting a backup option for icompta mobile with the optio...

Two Requests
I would like to be able to switch from icompta mobile to safari to check my account balances, then back to icompta quickly. Please put a time delay on the pasword lock say 10 mins, so if I switch back within 10 mins a password isn't required. I would still like to see a backup file creation option w...

Re: iOS 4.0
I've been using iCompta mobile with iOS4 for two weeks now (I was lucky enough to get a pre-release install) and it works fine. I haven't had any crashes. I have noticed a couple of minor issues: 1) date entries are text not a scroll wheel 2) I cannot edit the duration of a budget & this is also...

Re: iPhone OS 4.0
Yes I have noticed that the date is not the usual scroll wheel but a numerical input. Whats more, when entering a new item, the amount has to be deleted. If you just type the amount, it appends the value after £0.00 rather than replace it. I'm sure this will be corrected in the next update. Afterall...

Budgets
By clicking on a budget line on the desktop app, I can display the transactions that have been applied to that budget.
This is a nice feature & would be useful on the iphone as well.
