Yes just select all these transactions and change the action in the middle bar, it will affect all selected transactions.

There is a new import screen which shows all transactions in your file. You have to enable the "reconcile" box to let iCompta find existing transactions and mark them as being ignored. New transactions will be marked as imported.

It ignores only transfers that have been created with the transfer screen since version 2. Old transfers created with version 1 are not considered as transfers in fact.

You have to remove the ".xml" at the end of the name of the license file and then you will be able to double click the license file to register iCompta.
