I looked at this page and I have the same problem. It's strange because it works well with Safari on the iPhone. Anyway I'm trying to debug and find a solution.

iCompta tells the server it is Quicken 2006 for Windows and the server of American Express answers that this version is not supported. Which version of Quicken do you use when it works ?

Yes the number field should contain your account's number. Are you sure your bank offers OFX direct download service ? What is the name of your bank ?

Just set a positive value for this category (green arrow) and it will work.
