I have now tried to enter a different security in a new currency (in CHF rather than in EURO) and this is now not downloading quotes. What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to open an investment account but cannot manage to download quotes from the Yahoo financial website. I have ticked the downloads quote icon in the securities section but on entering the securities data no quotes are being downloaded. Can you help please? Thanks.

Thanks. You were quite right about the 30/11/2016 end date; there was a mistake on one of the lines. I made a December budget and it is being selected on opening.

On opening the Navigator the start date is set to 01/11/2016 and the end date is set to 30/11/2017 and to get He November data I have to set the start and end dates to the start and end of November respectively. ...
