It appears that when the new version loaded the old data file was sent to the trash. We replaced it into the documents folder, pointed the program to it in the documents folder and it opened with all data intact. Excellent!

We are trial users with 10 days left to use the software. Yesterday there was an update that came up when we started the program. We completed the update and now accounts on left side of the window and ALL prior entries and categories are gone. What has happened? We have been using save regularly ...
