Excellent. Thanks Angeman, it was this sort of customer service that convinced me to buy iCompta.
Cheers!

You cannot open the application “iCompta” because it is not
Oh dear!
Just paid for License and updated, to find this message on trying to restart:
You cannot open the application “iCompta” because it is not supported on this architecture.
I'm running
Mac OS X Version 10.5.8
Processor 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 2 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Any ideas?

Presenting information for my accountant
Hi Angeman, I've invested in the program. Thanks for your help up to now. I may be missing a basic point here, or maybe misjudged what the program was designed for, but now I've entered all my info and categorised it (or almost), I want to print or export a report or list of certain transactions eg:...

Re: Removing Categories
Thank you Angeman, it's good of you to reply. I have 16 days left of my trial and am almost convinced! It is a great program, there are a few things I don't understand yet. One thing with the categories, your method above works if all the selected transactions have the same category, but will not wo...

Removing Categories
So I set up rules for everything but didn't understand the % vs amount rule so put in amount of 0 for most, but then when looking at statistics it listed lots of income as 'none' for category, eventually I worked out it was because they had nothing allocated towards the category, so I changed some t...

Complete freeze out
So my Icomptamobile has frozen on the accounds/scheduler screen. It just stays trying to go to the page with loading written and the circle going round. I'm going to reinstall it, but not sure why this happened. I was just looking around at things, and it was like that next time I loaded it up. I'll...

Crashed during sync
So after 30 mins of adding rules, I sync with my iphone and Icompta crashes, work gone!
Surely an autosave/backup in the style of word or google docs would be a good idea?
I was loving those rules though!
