But it changes on it's own

Hi, lately my account balance changes spontaneously.
I reconciles last month and now it again shifted a couple of thousand.
I just compared the versions and what changes is the initial balance from 2012.
I did not understand anything else.
What can I do?

I have a strange problem.
The date of sync showed me always the wrong date - by 12 months, now is january.
The thing persists also when i export a file, always out of sync by 10 months.
How do I eliminate the problem?
