Hi, I have just lost all my data trying to sync between iPad & iPhone. I have an email back up file but can't find out how to restore this. Can you help?

Thank you for your reply but I am not looking to import a file from my pc. I wish to import the qif file from First Direct directly into my iPad. I can download the file to file browser but the built in browser does not let me select any files.

I have the qif file saved on my iPad but do not have the choose file option in import available in the embedded browser, should I be able to select this to import the qif file?

Qif direct import
First Direct does not support OFX downloads which work great from HSBC & Nat West. I wish to import a qif file directly into my iPad without syncing with a Mac. Has anyone done this successfully?
