I AM USING IPAD ON OFFICE WIFI. CANT ACCESS HTTP ADDRESS

I DO NOT HAVE WIFI AT HOME.

HOW CAN I IMPORT/EXPORT

WITHOUT THIS FACILITY YOUR PROGRAM IS *USELESS*

BEEN READING THE FRENCH FORUM, HOW DOES THE DROPBOX WORK?

I HAVE AN IPHONE TOO.

ALSO: ALL I NEED TO DO TO GET ME STARTED IS TO BE ABLE TO IMPORT CSV FILES SITTING IN MY DROPBOX

You won't be able to import CSV files from your Dropbox, you can only do it from the HTTP address.
