Restore from e-mail back up

Hi, I have just lost all my data trying to sync between iPad & iPhone. I have an email back up file but can't find out how to restore this. Can you help?

You have to connect to the embedded backup / restore server as described here : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=756&p=2907#p2907.
