Error Importing Transactions

Post by merry_pridemore »

I have followed the user guide steps and tried importing from my bank and even from my computer in every available format and each time I get a notification at the bottom that says, "Error Importing Transactions". I figure I must be doing something wrong, but I've never used a banking software that wasn't just as easy as click and it imports.

Can you click on the black banner that appears and copy/paste the error message ?
There will be your login and password in it so you make sure to remove them.

I have tried single and double clicking on the black error message banner and it doesn't do anything.

The download worked fine but there are no transactions in the file you downloaded that's why you got this "wrong" error message.

Thank you. I guess I was expecting to see the amount in the account change even though there were no transactions. I now see that I need to enter the starting amount manually. Thank you for your help!
