Syntactically Incorrect Error Message

Post by Kevinpjf »

I am using iCompta Mobile and am unable to import transactions directly from my bank. When I attempt to do so, I receive an import error pop-up. In the details, this response appears: The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect. What does this mean and can I correct it? Bank is Arizona Federal Credit Union.

I am getting the same error. I have a checking account (not credit card). Any help is appreciated.

Can you click on the details button in the alert that appears and copy/paste the error message ?
There will be your login and password in it so you make sure to remove them.
