Obscured by Budget...

Post by barniric »

Hi,
I'm one of your italian customer (and we have so many problems of other kind at this moment...not the customers, the Italians  ).
But anyway, I have some question for you if you can help me:
- I want to make a budget for the 2011 and want to check it month by month
- In this budget are expenses and revenues occurring every month (e.g. salary, restaurants, etc.), but also every two months (e.g. utilities), six months (e.g. university rate), once in the year (e.g. life insurance) or sometime (e.g. vacancies), all predictable in a assigned month whit an expected amount

How many budget do I have to make? (Maybe one for every occurrence?)
What kind of budget do I have to choose? (Monthly, bi-monthly, half yearly, annual, ....?)

I didn't understand very well the user guide about the mechanism of the budget.
Thanks in advance

You have 2 options, you can either create :
- 1 monthly budget, 1 bimonthly budget, 1 half-yearly budget and 1 yearly budget and follow each of them separately
- or 1 yearly budget in which you multiply monthly items x 12, bimonthly items X 6, etc.
