iPad app

Hi, I just purchased and downloaded the iPad app off of iTunes. I am ready to get started but do not see the complete toolbar to check to see if my bank is listed. My toolbar has the arrows on the left and the help ? on the right and nothing in between. I have read the help dialogue and it makes it seem like i should be able to see factory settings and other things right of the bat. I do not see any of it. What is my first step, or next step I need to take to get started using this app?

To choose the factory settings for your account, first you need to activate editing mode on the main screen with the top right button then click on your account and the factory settings button will be there.
