online banking

hi, when I create an account, I can't set any online banking site. I only got account number, bank, location and login & password but not the site. my version is 3.1 and it runs on OS X 10.5.6. any suggestions?

The web site of your bank has to be entered in the 3rd field, just above login and password.

Same problem. I have entered all the information, but downloading always results in an error. How do we know what URL to enter? In my case it would be the one for Etrade, but I have no idea which URL would be the correct one. What is the ID field for - account number?

The URL is used for the embededded browser panel. If you want to download your transactions directly you only need to select your bank in the list.
