Just one more problem

Post by 1AFreewill »

Again, I just want to reiterate how much I'm enjoying this program.
I've found one more thing that isn't working for me the way that I think it should, but again, I'm probably doing something wrong.

If I got to the Advanced Filter and select "The categories contains" and select a categories group like "Utilities" none of the sub-groups are displayed when the filter is applied. I would expect that selecting the group would show all of the categories that contain "Utilities" (Utilities:Water, Utilities:Electric, Utilities:Phone, etc).

Am I doing this wrong, or is there a simple way to do this without having to manually go in and select each sub-category one at a time?

Thank you for your time and assistance.

You can do it this way :
- in the filter bar select the category group Utilities in the categories popup button

- then click on the advanced button and you will be able to edit the filter will all subcategories already set

Thank you. I didn't think of that.
