Hi
I am a Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth) customer (United States) and I am getting an error when trying to download using iCompta. I cannot get any file manually downloaded from their site to correctly import either (csv, qfx).
I have entered all of the correct information to use the download feature, but it always results in an error.
Can someone help me out here who also uses Regions Bank and has been able to successfully download or import transactions?
