When I add a new transaction in the Scheduler it automatically assumes the currency and the account of the first account in my list of accounts. Even though I change the account involved and then delete the currency symbol (€) and replace it with £ it still takes the amount I enter as Euro and converts the number entered into Euro. So then I have to delete that and rekey the amount. Too many assumptions seem to be taking place that just incur more keying. Could something more basic be implemented so I just have to key once?

There are no assumptions, it's just a bug : when you change the account, the currency of the amount field is not updated whereas it should be. I'll fix that.
