Problem creating and editing rules

I have created many rules, however I now see a change in behaviour, which affects the creation of a new rule and the editing of existing ones.
In the Actions panel if I select an action and drag it, a red line appears to show where the action will be moved to and I can move the action to wherever I want. However in the Conditions panel, no line appears as it used to and it is no longer possible to move the selected condition. This makes it impossible, for example, to add a new condition to an existing compound condition.
Not sure when this behaviour started as I haven't updated any of my rules for a while. I created a new file to see if this problem occurs with a completely empty file - it does.
Using iCompta 5.1.4 on OSX 10.10
