I setup a credit card account with a supported institution and double confirmed the login and password, but the download button is still grayed out.

Any ideas?

That's probably because you didn't enter your account ID whih is also required for the connection.

What do you mean by account ID. I know the login is correct and I did put the credit card # under "Cards". I have multiple credit cards and no other type of account with chase. Could this be the problem?

No it's OK. You just have to fill the row "ID" just between "Currency" and "Type" in the account window. You have to put the number of your account there because it is used to identity yourself to the financial insitution.

Thanks that was the problem with the grayed out download button, but

Now when I try to download it starts downloading and then crashes about 3 to 5 sec later. I power cycled the phone too.

Please look in folder ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice of your Mac, there should be a folder with the name of your iPhone inside. Can you then send me by mail all the files concerning iCompta for analysis ? Thanks
