Export problem on Japanese characters

I'm opening the transaction data w/ Excel for Mac2011 after exporting in CSV format, but all Japanese characters are garbled even every encoding in dialogue is tried. When I checked the CSV file exported from another finance application for iPhone, it went well and characters were shown properly. What should I try to do next ? Please advise me.

Can you send a file you exported with the other finance application so that I can check the encoding they used ? Thanks

Thank you for paying an attention on this. I sent you a exp. file from other application and also iCompta's one containing the same data for reference.

All data including Japanese characters can be exported perfectly to Excel. Thank you for your excellent update !
