Bug - Rules>Amount

I think there is a bug when I use a rule for amount. Looks like is something about currencie and mac language/format. My currencie is BRL (Brasil Real) and my format is (Brazil (Portuguese).
The thing is, I can't make any amount rule work and when I try to type a value like R$1.200,30 and hit ok, the value itself turns to 0 in the rule amount field. If I use just 1.200,30 for the value it turns to 1,200 and if i try 1200.30 it turns to 1200,3 but do not work anyway.

Is there any way to make it work?

In the rules window, you have to enter it that way : 1200.30.
Maybe it doesn't work because your condition isn't correct. Perhaps you can make a screenshot so that I can check your rule ?
