When syncing iPhone and Desktop, it the mobile app is locked, asking for the password, it syncs, but erases everything, resulting in a blank doc, with no accounts, annotation, transaction... Is it supposed to be that way?

It shouldn't allow you to sync at all in this case so this will be corrected in next update.
