It looks like you unchecked the bank ID field don't you ? Otherwise can you ask Chase if there are different settings for Savings accounts ?

You have to use factory settings + check the Bank ID field and enter your bank routing number in it.
I figured it out. I needed to remove the leading zeroes on my savings account number (and all accounts at chase for that matter) and include the bank's routing number in the Bank ID field.
