iPad Pro iOS 11.2.1 - will not load!!

iCompta working OK on my iPhone 7 but the file either from iCloud or DropBox, just will not load on the iPad Pro (spinning wheel of death!). I have tried deleting iCompta and reloading but that hasn't worked. Updating my files on the iPhone at the moment but I really need the screen size of the iPad - help....

Just to make a bit clearer, I am using iCompta 6 on both iPhone and iPad. This has only just started to happen (I believe) only on the iPad and just after the latest iOS update from Apple. As I stated, the iPhone version is working but not the iPad version. Tried loading iCompta 3, same wheel of death and no file will open, it will not open the sample document at start up either........Happy Xmas..... :D

Have you tried rebooting your iPad Pro ?
