Icompta 3

Post by bronkone7 »

Hi all,
Just started using icompta 3 which doesn't seem too bad at moment.
But I'm unable to download transactions from my bank, which I used to be able to do with icompta.
When I hit download on my bank statement ,the whole app closes down,no errors .
Anyone else have this problem
Many thanks
Brian.

Just tried to download transactions direct from bank web site (rather than going to bank via icompta) and got these errors.

This is probably a file encoding issue, try to set the encoding to ISO Latin 1 in the import settings screen.
