iCloud Sync on Mobile Data

Hello,
I have a quite large iCompta DB (about 4MB)
I would like to know if the iCloud Sync is downloading/uploading the entire database when performing sync or just the changes. The difference is quite important for me to use this feature on mobile data or just wifi.
