OFX Login Fails with Correct User Name and Password

I am currently connecting to a bank using Quicken and iCompta would connect to this bank a few months ago. I updated iCompta to 5.1.10 (883) and started a new document, and I am getting a login failed message when I try to connect to the bank. I can successfully log in to the bank with the same user name and password in Quicken. The OFX response is below. Any suggestions? Thank you.

The bank returned an empty list of accounts. In this case you can manually enter the settings of your account : you need to enter your account number in the account number field and your bank's routing number in the bank ID field.
