A few days ago, I found that my iPad wasn't syncing via iCloud.
I went to Settings: iCloud: iCloud Drive and unchecked iCompta. I opened iCompta. I then went back to the Settings window and re-checked it and reopened iCompta. That seemed to solve the problem. I suspect that it’s a bug in iCloud Drive rather than iCompta.
Just thought I'd post in case others had a similar problem.

I find also that sometimes iCloud Sync doesn't work on iOS devices, even after tapping Save, and with background syncing enabled. In this instance, I kill the app (swiping upwards from the home screen) and reopen it. This then activates the syncing.

iCloud sync started working again. It has been for a few weeks. Maybe it was the last Yosemite update. I still have little faith in its stability. Still, it's great when it's working.
