One person - several currenciess

Post by zh_olga »

Hi
I'm using at least 3 currencies on daily basis and when I exchange one currency into another I make a transfer between A PERSON USD and A PERSON EURO accounts. It shows that A PERSON USD owes A PERSON EURO an amount. Which is kind of nonsense because this is the same person :)
Is it possible to create A PERSON which could have several currencies ?

It's not possible sorry, you should create only one person but you can make that person the owner of 3 cash accounts with different currencies.

Thanks for your reply
this can work for me. But in this case, when I transfer from account "A PERSON USD" (owner A person) to account "B PERSON USD" (owner B person) badges don't show that A PERSON owes to B PERSON a transferred amount.

Make sure that the owners field is correctly assigned for the 3 accounts you created and it should work. Otherwise can you send me your accounts file by email so that I can check ?
