Make sure the type or your account is credit card and change the OFX server URL to https://ofx.chase.com.

Yes it should work however you might have to respect the case : I think the name of the file is "Document.compta".
Otherwise you can use the backup / restore serve (more information in the "Backup / restore and import / export server" section of the user guide).

The date format is the import screen must have been wrong, give me a sample date and I'll tell you the format to use.

Your trick should work but in order to have the download button enabled make sure you entered your account number and a dummy login/password.
