Does iCompta still crashes at the end of the synchronization or is it something else ?

Absolutely, I did that and it worked fine.

Does it end just like that or do you have this at the end ?

The login/password of OFX direct connect accounts are stored in the keychain so maybe you have an account which login is your email address.
