Sorry it's not possible to do directly it in iCompta. Instead you can select several periods of your budget :

You can know it by looking at the budget screen, it tells you how much money is left.

A deferred debit card operates like a normal debit card, except that all purchase transactions are postponed until the end of the month.
The "make deferred debit" menu item is therefore used at the end of the month to make a transfer of all these transactions to your standard account.

In the rules window, you have to enter it that way : 1200.30.
Maybe it doesn't work because your condition isn't correct. Perhaps you can make a screenshot so that I can check your rule ?

You have to switch to standard transactions view, change the sort columns and then you can switch back to detailed view.
