Can you post the details screenshot with this new setup ?
Also try to set 'Application version' to 1800.

Ok so have you try to enter your bank ID and also touch the check mark next to it to enable it ?

Try to set the account type to "Credit card" instead of "Checking".

The date format in the QIF file is mm-dd-yy; the date format in a csv file (from my bank) is dd-mm-yyyy. In both cases I changed the date format in the import dialog accordingly. On the Mac you can copy/paste an image on the icon box or also drag and drog an image file directly on the box.
