Ok so have you try to enter your bank ID and also touch the check mark next to it to enable it ?

Try to set the account type to "Credit card" instead of "Checking".

The date format in the QIF file is mm-dd-yy; the date format in a csv file (from my bank) is dd-mm-yyyy. In both cases I changed the date format in the import dialog accordingly.
