Issue with Rules

Hi Angeman

something very strange happens with this rule

Now when I download transactions - look - it categorizes everything like I defined in one rule instead of using all other rules

Re: exclude a category in report

Would that be in transactions filter or in splits filter? And why, please
Please explain how it works so next time i wouldn't have to ask but will be able to just create the necessary filter/conditions

Re: Transactions vs Splits

That was my understanding too
But I guess what I'm trying to understand is -- when creating reports you have transactions filter and then splits filter separately -- what is that for?
Is there any difference in putting category is X in transaction filter and category is X in splits filter?

Re: Loan payments to show up as expenses

Thanks Angeman that's helpful to know However that wasn't my question I'm trying to have my transactions in such a way that certain transfers (payments toward a car loan) show up as categorized expenses on comparative or splits report. I assigned a category to these transfers but expenses don't show...

Splits report

Tell me if that's wrong, though However when I create a condition Date before 31/12/17 the report still shows the two months of 2018, which messes up the average...
