To put a subcategory in a category, you have to drag the subcategory under the parent category (or one of its subcategories) when the parent category is open (the triangle is facing down).

You can do it by making a parent category Living and making Grocery, Eating out, Books subcategories of Living. Then you'll be able to set a budget for Living category.

Unfortunately Google and Yahoo do not provide history quotes for everything so the solution would be to find another provider but I didn't find any (free or at a reasonable cost) yet.

Ok this is ISO Latin 1 but the problem is the euro sign in the file, I don't know why but this not the standard € character but a different one which looks like it but not standard. Is there a different download format on your bank's web site ? Otherwise have you considered using automatic download ...
