Re: Help MAJOR disaster!
Thanks. Updated and all is well. I'm maxed out at MacOS 10.13.6 on my iMac so I definitely need iCompta to continue to work on it.

Help MAJOR disaster!
I launched iCompta on my iMac today and the display is totally trashed! ALL entries are in ugly black text instead of the correct Green for positive balances and positive transaction entries and Red for negative balances and negative transaction entries. I can't find where to change them back to the...

Re: Weird Entry Problem
OK, that is where it went wonky. I sort by Date, then by Number/Type. I put them back in that order with Manual by drag & drop in third place. I'm going to move the Name, Category, & Comment options down into the Available Criteria section, so they won't affect sorting. However, I now have a...

Weird Entry Problem
I imported 4 checks dated 16 Jan 21 and numbered 5459 through 5462 but iCompta entered them in this sequence: 5460 5462 5459 5461 I can't get them in the correct sequential order nor can I figure out why iCompta screwed up. Do I have to delete the transactions and manually re-enter them in the corre...

Re: New version, if ever - future of icompta?
Developing a new version from scratch is really something that takes a lot of time and work. Agree. Here in these United States there was an excellent application named "PocketMoney" in both desktop and mobile versions (it actually started out as a Newton OS application) made by my friend...

Re: Some more suggestions for the next version
Another suggested improvement.
In the Accounts pane the balances are in red or green bubbles, but the text is white. Sometimes this is hard to read so I suggest the text in the bubbles be made black. Even better would be a option in the preferences for the user to select the text color.

Some more suggestions for the next version
-one-click from home page to display all transactions in all accounts
-one-entry one-click search of transactions using any field
-one-screen view of all repeating transactions including overdue, current and future
These are all available in the old PocketMoney (both desktop & iOS) by Hardy Macia

Re: Disappearing accounts
And this is a GOOD example as to why I require either local WiFi or iTFS sync between desktop & mobile. I refuse to use iClod or anything like it.
